Murderers

Many murders have been proved that there is something wrong with them mentally.  So why do we only looked down on the murders why don’t we look at the families that they come from and blame their childhood and their parents.  As a child something had to have happen so why is it that all the emphasis is put on the murder instead of the family? Now for Ted Bundy what happened? Was he born to murder?  People always say that you are born to do something, so what was his thing?
