RE: The Human Footprint.

SHOCK VALUE is the potential of an image, text or other form of communication to provoke a reaction of disgust, shock, anger, fear, or similar negative emotion.

The following images are a continuation of the video that had preceded this post.  The photographer’s name is Chris Jordan.  I had stumbled upon this while looking at my old bookmarks and remember someone doing a post on this.

This should be a wake up call to the human race.  I think we are all taking it for granted the natural resources that we have.  The images are disheartening.

We definitely have to work towards a more sustainable world.  Hopefully, these images give you a shock value.

  1. Makes me wonder where all the trash disappears to.
The earth is slowly being consumed by humans, admit it.
But honestly, I doubt people would care less as cleaning everything up and finding an actual working solution to space, requires a lot of time and effort that most people do not want to invest in.
