BLACK POWER (not equality…)

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

-Martin Luther King

“White folks was in caves while we was building empires … We taught philosophy and astrology and mathematics before Socrates and them Greek homos ever got around to it.”[

-Al Sharpton

Can anyone tell me what has happened to the black movement? We live in a time when racial lines are fading by the minute, and yet we are forced to deal with small instances of racial division. It was earlier this week that OJ Simpson was put behind bars for a crime he committed, and no one had problems. It wasn’t a racial trial that the media covered like a three ring circus, blacks in one corner, whites in the other, and OJ on the Main stage! There was no fear within the community. People like Al Sharpton, and Jesse Jackson have continued to terrorize this country with insensitive racial comments. Pledging they were fighting for equality, when they were doing no better than members of the KKK. They were speaking and fighting for only certain members of society, based purley on the color of their skin. Martain Luther King stood for equality, something that didn’t exist in his time. It was creative, bold, and brave. There is nothing brave about fighting for your own race. Still we have racial division.

Floyed Keith, the Executive director of Black Coaches and Administration (Yeah can you believe they have such an organization?) is complaining about the fact that not enough black head coaches are coaching in college football!

What?! Meanwhile the FIRST EVER Asian coach was hired in the MLB I beg to ask Mr. Keith where in the world was he when this revelation was made? Yes there is a lack of African American in college football, but how many Asians are involved with the sport? Stop fighting the battle for black power, it lacks creative thought and is completely unnecessary if we want to “judge people by the content of their character!”

  1. thekingofeurope Says:

how many asians? one mother fuckin’ hines ward.

  2. As you stated, white supremacy is still everywhere. However, I’m not sure about we don’t see many Asians in the sports field because they are discriminated against. For instance, we don’t see many Asian NBA players. Is it because Asians are discriminated against? I think they just need to improve their skills to be a NBA player. What do you think?
