They found it

There have been recent studies done on the brain waves of Bryan patterson. Bryan Patterson is a child who was discovered in the medical hospital in southern Louisiana. The rate at which his brain measures image frequency is slightly different from that of a normal human. A normal human will watch television and see a constantly flowing image because the frames are ran at the rate at which the eye can put it together. Bryan Patterson on the other hand runs off a completely different frequency they’ve discovered, and the images become stretched and disfigured if shown at the same rate we see them. Tests have taken spikes in his brain waves and used the data collected from him watching a typical television series, and this image is what the computer has put together as an idea of what Bryan sees at any given time of television exposure. Scientists so far are still working on correcting this abnormality but also studying it so that this can be prevented in the future.
